Meat and two … meat

They really love their meat in Albania. I am not saying that you can’t get vegetables and salads – but meat dishes are ubiquitous. I had traditional meat stuffed with cheese (a sort of inside-out cheeseburger) plus a chicken shish kebab. The accompanying grilled vegetables were dressed with particularly tasty sauce.
